The Position

This is an exciting and multi-faceted role for a highly organized highly individual to directly support the CEO, the COO & CFO.  The role requires good judgment, a detailed oriented style, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ideal candidates will have experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced entertainment environments.


Responsibilities 

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and COO of the company
  • Provide some basic-level administrative support to the CFO
  • Manage calendars, travel, and other core administrative duties
  • Anticipate the executives’ needs throughout day-to-day commitments, meetings, appearances, and events
  • Support the drafting of written communication on behalf of the CEO and COO
  • Represent the company and CEO’s office with the highest degree of professionalism in communications with other staff and externally with artists, clients, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications on behalf of the CEO and COO
  • Manage T&E tracking for CEO and COO
  • Provide some personal assistance support to the CEO

Requirements

  • Commensurate experience supporting senior-level executives in the entertainment industry
  • Working knowledge of the structure of today’s fast-evolving music ecosystem
  • Background in complex calendaring and travel management (international, domestic, professional, and personal)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, and process-oriented with a sense of urgency to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • A goal-oriented approach to project management with good follow through
  • Ability to handle the ‘hands-on’ day-to-day management of tasks, resolution of problems and issues, and experience in implementing action plans to meet objectives
  • The confidence to proactively jump in and own tasks
  • High level of professionalism and ability to interact with a broad range of executives, board members, creators, and their managers
  • Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with team members and external partners
  • A high level of integrity and the discretion and judgment to effectively handle confidential information
  • Agility to determine whether tasks and situations require planning and project management, urgency and action, or escalation and analysis, and to confidently work through the task at hand accordingly
  • Resourceful, hands-on problem solver and team player with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others, and a calm demeanor in stressful situations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
