Lightning Studios: Virtual, Label In House Sync & Licensing Manager

Lightning Studios is an independent, art forward, post-genre music studio and label founded in 2013, located in San Diego, CA. The position is virtual, but could also be in house if the person is in Southern California. We are equal parts music studio, art studio, and media company, working in worlds as diverse as the indie music scene, art world releases and exhibitions, and also brand and film work. We are setting up for an expansion in 2021 and the studio is putting together a team for help with that growth.

As a boutique, artist owned studio/label, this person will be responsible for managing the catalog, establishing relationships, and pitching/negotiating on briefs.

KNOWLEDGE:  3+ Years experience pitching music for film / tv / commercials / and sales history
