Secretly Distribution Seeks North America Physical Sales & Account Manager

Title: North American Physical Sales Manager

Status: Full-time

Hours: 40/week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Location: Bloomington, IN, Chicago, IL or Brooklyn, NY

Reports to: Head of North American Physical Sales & Marketing

Position Overview: This role will oversee our US Direct retail business and will focus on both maintaining and growing our account base and retail sales. The role is a full-time position reporting to the Head of US Physical Sales & Marketing.

Principle Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee US Sales reps

- Manage Domestic wholesale and retail accounts

- Engage with labels and internal team to set sales expectations (SLOs) for new releases

- Work closely with the Head of North American Physical Sales to create and implement improvements to process and retail base growth

- Coordinate and oversee new release and catalog newsletter mailings

- Communicate expectation and campaign results to label partners

Required Skills:

- 3 years minimum experience in sales and/or account management

- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

- Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic relationships easily

- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

- Passionate about music and a familiarity with Secretly Distribution labels is a plus
