Bilingual Content Operations Manager (English/Spanish), ZEBRALUTION U.S. Inc.

To support the continued growth of our business, we are hiring a Content Operations Manager to join our US company in Los Angeles. As Content Operations Manager, you’ll be a key part of our client support team handling content operations for ZEBRALUTION’s US-based music label clients as well as onboarding and working with our U.S. and Mexican / Latin American book publisher clients.

This is a full-time, salaried position, start-date as soon as possible, hybrid / working from our Los Angeles office.

What you will be doing:

• Liaise with ZEBRALUTION Operations Team to ingest and deliver large catalogs of music and audiobooks

• Be responsible for the acceptance of incoming deliveries, quality control and processing of digital music and spoken-word products such as audiobooks and audio dramas

• Coordinate with label/publisher clients to ensure timely delivery of releases

• Import and edit ONIX and DDEX metadata

• Execute priorities while maintaining the highest content/metadata quality standards with DSPs

• Participate in designing and implementing workflows, as well as planning new technical tools and resources

• Act as the interface between ZEBRALUTION label/publisher managers, our technical team at EMS and delivery contact points at DSPs like Spotify, Apple, Amazon or YouTube

• Closely collaborate with ZEBRALUTION domestic and international marketing teams

• Provide technical guidance to our publishers and labels

Requirements

• At least 3 years' work experience, preferably in the digital content or media-tech industries

• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with an exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and deadlines

• Ability to problem solve and work independently

• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365/Teams

• Ability to handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy of work

• Passionate about music, audio content and technology

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish

• Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service to partners and labels in both English and Spanish

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience using music / audiobook industry specific tools and platforms including content management systems such as iTunes Connect and YouTube CMS

• In-depth knowledge of DSP style guides and experience with industry preferred partner program requirements

• Strong understanding of metadata standards including with DDEX, ERN and ONIX standards

• Relationships with delivery team contacts at DSPs
