Director, Marketing Services

DREAMSTAGE is revolutionizing the live concert experience.

We’re looking for a Rockstar to join the livestream concerts marketing team at DREAMSTAGE and take ownership of show marketing campaigns. You’ll be joining a growing department which comprises of a diverse group of music lovers and a mix of music industry veterans with tech advertising professionals.  As the Director, Marketing Services, you will work very closely with external artist teams and other internal departments like the talent buyer team. 


Who you are:

You’re an experienced tour marketer in the music industry having worked before at a record label, music agency or a music management company. You’re comfortable working with artist teams and dealing with tight deadlines. You’re very organized and adept at circulating art show assets to launch and promote shows. You’ve always been a team player and love working in a very collaborative environment. 


What you’ll do:

-Market a large portfolio of livestream events on DREAMSTAGE, ensuring the right mix of creativity and digital media maximize ticket sales and meet overall KPIs.

-Create marketing plans for artist teams (with support of Coordinator, Marketing) including advertising, promotions, publicity, social media, email marketing and media buying (in partnership with Director, Digital Media & Manager, Growth Marketing) for all livestream events on DREAMSTAGE

-Be responsible for ticket landing pages in partnership with Manager, Digital Operations, marketing assets, and marketing budgets for each livestream event

-Be the main point of contact for artist management and agency teams from the onset of show confirmations

-Continue to build the Marketing Services department in partnership with Head of Marketing as needed, identifying business needs and resource gaps.

-Lead scheduling and concept communication with artist teams to determine availability for the DREAMSTAGE Presents interview series

-Serve as a thought-leader and subject matter expert in music industry tour marketing

-Manage venue and brand affiliate program along with Coordinator, Marketing and assist in onboarding partners

-Day to Day manager of Coordinator, Marketing

Your marketing background:

-5+ years of full-time music marketing work history

-Proven experience working with various artist teams (managers, agents, labels) at the same time.

-Experience or at least eagerness to work for a music tech company startup and learn a lot more about live-streaming

-Ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally and in written form, with internal and external partners

-Demonstrated customer service excellence

-Self-starter; able to take proactive steps to follow through with proposed solutions or alternatives

-Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment with livestream launches arising quickly
