Operations Intern @ SongTools

We're thrilled to announce a new opportunity for an ambitious and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations Intern at SongTools, a leading music marketing tech company. We aim to shape the future of music marketing and we need talented individuals to help us achieve this vision.

Your primary tasks will be to help keep our daily operations running smoothly and contribute to our strategic growth. In this role, you'll be expected to:

• Playlister Community Building: These contacts are a valuable resource for SongTools, and your work will contribute to our ability to connect with important influencers in the music industry.
• Generate Support Responses: Be the voice of SongTools, crafting empathetic and efficient responses to customer inquiries or problems. Your excellent communication skills will ensure our users feel supported and valued.
• Set Up Email Campaigns: Work closely with our marketing team to set up impactful email campaigns. You'll learn the ropes of email marketing and how to effectively use our platform to engage with our audience.
• Confirm Webinar Registration: Manage the registration process for our webinars, ensuring that all participants have successfully registered and are informed about the webinar details.
• Help Coordinate Networking Events for Our Community: Play a key role in organizing networking events that bring together our vibrant community of artists, producers, and music enthusiasts. Your organizational skills will be key in creating memorable experiences for our community members.
