Production Coordinator – Sound Performance USA

About Us
Sound Performance is a specialist supplier to the music industry with offices in NYC and London. We work with leading independent record labels, bands, and artists to project-manage the concept, production, and manufacturing of physical products, including box sets, special packaging, vinyl pressing and CD replication.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who:

• Have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Possess great people skills
• Work well under pressure.
• Are highly organized and capable of handling a fast-paced workflow.
• Ideally have customer service and/or production experience

Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:

• Prepare pricing for new and prospective orders
• Manage the production cycle of vinyl, CD and associated print and packaging
• Communicate and update clients at all stages
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain an accurate production schedule to ensure on time delivery
• Generate and verify client invoices, ensuring all billable components are included.
• Check vendor invoices for accuracy before submission to accounting.
• Attend industry events for networking purposes.
• Perform other office tasks as requested.

Additional Details

• This role is office-based and requires occasional off-site duties.
• Initial interviews will be conducted in person.

Salary: $60=$70k Based on experience.
