VP Sales

• Manage, coach, and drive a team of sales professionals in both physical and digital goods for music and film releases.

• Responsible for maximizing revenue across all sectors.

• Build relationships with key platforms, customers, and key content providers.

• Forge new relationships with customers through prospecting.

• Drive sales solicitations and placement for key products at key outlets.

• Coordinate between content owners and sales team to maximize sales.

• Drive revenue on both catalog and new releases.


Skills & Requirements

• Must possess very strong interpersonal and sales skills.

• Must possess excellent sales management, supervisory skills, and experience.

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

• Strong music and film knowledge required.


Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation and benefits, including earned paid time off, SIMPLE IRA retirement plan, company-sponsored health/dental insurance, and more. Salary range is $125k to $160k.
